3....or he will show up, shit happens, I have never seen anyone post "I put my Z on a dyno and Ash never showed up!!OMGWTF!!!", and if it did happen once, either hang him for it or look into it more if you still want his tuning service but want the concern alleviated.
4....problems or questions---definitely want someone who is easy to get a hold of, but again I am seeing problems with people ordering PARTS not tuning customers, so break out your archived bookmarks please. You have already established yourself as the high protector of Z32 consumers, so I'm sure you have one at hand.
future re-chip/re-tunes---well if he isn't going to be available or make himself easily available for that then what is stopping someone from going elsewhere? Ash's loss. Weird how Ash only has a bad rep, implied, as a tuner HERE. I guess he is involved in some draconian conspiracy with all the other forums too with Z1, damn we are all screwed.
